Terms of sales

Welcome to Rebel Dogs Academy. These terms of sale (TOS) govern all our dog training and behaviorist services, as well as the sale of products related to dog training. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you accept these conditions without reservation.

Our Services

  • Start with Us: Approximately 30 min, online (Google Meet or Zoom) | Discover how we can support your journey with your dog. Share your aspirations, learn about our approach, and see how each moment can become enriching. Start with us!
  • Bare Essentials: Approximately 1 hour, online (Google Meet or Zoom) | A workshop to discover the essential elements to bring to class and practical tips for your dog’s daily life. Demonstrations, interactive activities, and discussions on applying these practices at home.
  • Personalised Training: Approximately 1 hour, at the client’s home or online (Google Meet or Zoom) | Each session is a step towards improving your dog’s behaviour, skills, and happiness, tailored specifically to your aspirations.
  • Behaviour Plan: Approximately 1.5 hours, at the client’s home or online (Google Meet or Zoom) | Discuss, diagnose, and decide on a 3-week action plan based on identified challenges. This structured course focuses on implementing targeted changes to improve your dog’s behaviour and develop better habits.

Product Sales

Rebel Dogs Academy also offers the sale of dog training-related products directly to clients’ homes. The products offered include accessories, training tools, educational items for dogs, treats, and chew items.

Sales Conditions

  • Sales Methods: Products are sold directly at clients’ homes during dog training sessions.
  • Payment: Payment for products can be made by credit card or via a secure payment link (Stripe or SumUp).

Returns and Exchanges Conditions

  • Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with French law, you have 14 days from the receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
  • Product Returns: Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund: The refund will be made within 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
  • Exchanges: In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, you can request an exchange within 14 days from the receipt of the product. Return shipping costs for a defective or non-compliant product are the responsibility of Rebel Dogs Academy.
  • Return Acceptance Conditions: To be accepted, any return must be reported in advance to Rebel Dogs Academy by email at support@rebeldogs.academy with a description of the reason for return. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Bookings are made via our Zcal platform or by phone contact. A confirmation will be sent to you by email.
  • Payment: Payment is due at least 24 hours before the start of each session. Accepted payment methods are online payments via Stripe or SumUp.
  • Payment in Instalments with Klarna: Available for transactions over €90, via the Stripe payment link.
  • Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the session will be fully charged.
  • Cancellation or Rescheduling by Rebel Dogs Academy: Rebel Dogs Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes with 24 hours’ notice in case of an issue on our end. In such a case, the client will be informed as soon as possible and a new date will be proposed or a refund will be made if the new date does not suit the client.

Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221–18 and following of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your decision or bear any costs other than those provided for in Article L221–23 of the Consumer Code.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement to the following address: support@rebeldogs.academy.

Effects of Withdrawal

In case of withdrawal from your part from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery charges. Payment processing fees charged by third parties (such as Stripe or SumUp) are not refundable by these services and will remain at our expense.

Withdrawal and Service Packages

When you purchase a service package including several dog training sessions, and you have used one or more sessions before the end of the withdrawal period, but not all, you are entitled to a partial refund. The refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis of the unused sessions of the package.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221–28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for fully executed services before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution has begun after your express prior agreement and express waiver of your right of withdrawal.

Service Delivery Terms

  • Online: Online sessions are held via Google Meet or Zoom. An access link will be sent to you by email before the session.
  • At Home: Home sessions take place at the client’s address indicated at the time of booking. The client is responsible for providing a safe environment for the session.

Use of Photos and Videos

By booking our services, you automatically authorise Rebel Dogs Academy to take photos and videos during the classes. These photos and videos may be used for marketing purposes (including but not limited to social media, Rebel Dogs Academy’s website) and for creating various content (e.g., course materials, promotional material).

Right to Withdraw: If you do not wish your photos or videos to be used for these purposes, please inform us in writing before the start of the course or at the time of booking. You can send your request by email to support@rebeldogs.academy or contact us by phone at +33 6 76 73 14 21.

Guidelines for Online Meetings and Home Classes

  • Punctuality: Please be on time for each online meeting or home class.
  • Waiting Time: For individual online or home sessions, we will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time before starting the session. For group online calls, we will wait a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled start time before starting.
  • Session Time: The session will start and end at the scheduled time. Time lost waiting will be deducted from the session time. For example, if we start 15 minutes late due to your delay, 15 minutes will be deducted from the session.
  • Trainer Delay: We will always do our best to be on time, but an unforeseen event can always occur. In case of a trainer delay, the trainer will stay longer in the same session to complete the planned session duration or, if not possible, the missing duration will be made up in a future session.
  • Course Duration: While we will do our best to respect the indicated course duration, it is indicative and may vary depending on the dog’s fatigue, weather, and learning speed. Courses may end up to 15 minutes before or after the planned session end.

Liability and Insurance

  • Liability: Rebel Dogs Academy is committed to providing quality services tailored to each dog and owner. However, the success of the program depends on the owner’s active participation and commitment.
  • Insurance: Rebel Dogs Academy has professional liability insurance to cover damages that the activity may cause. The client is also required to have liability insurance covering damages that their dog may cause.

Personal Data Protection

The personal information collected during booking is used solely for the management of our services. It will not be sold, exchanged, or transferred to another company for any reason without your consent, other than what is necessary to respond to a request and/or transaction. Disputes

In case of a dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of these terms of sales sale, the consumer must first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably by contacting the Rebel Dogs Academy customer service.

In accordance with Articles L611-1 and following and R612-1 and following of the Consumer Code, it is provided that for any contractual dispute concerning the execution of the sales contract and/or the provision of services that could not be resolved within the framework of a complaint previously submitted to our customer service, the Consumer may resort to mediation free of charge. They can contact ANM CONSOMMATION either by mail at 2 rue de Colmar 94300 Vincennes (by providing their own contact details, your phone number, and your email address) or through our website by filling out the online referral form at the following address: https://www.anmconso.com. For more information, you can contact ANM CONSOMMATION by phone at 01 58 64 00 05, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm.

The consumer can also visit the European Online Dispute Resolution platform website.

The following website www.economie.gouv.fr/mediation-conso also contains all useful information in the event of a cross-border dispute.

If the dispute is not resolved amicably by the mediator, it will be brought before the Tribunal de Commerce d’Angers.
